Todd English, the latest East Coast chef to move west, has enlisted the help of television star Eva Longoria to give his famous Olives restaurant a Spanish twist both in flavor and name--"beso" is the Spanish word for "kiss." The two-story eatery's adult juice bar of concoctions like mango-flavored mojitos entices scenesters hoping for a connection to Eva (if only by frequenting a place her name is attached to), while the main dining area is for hungry hipsters and boisterous groups looking for ceviche and tapas. A large communal table gives an automatic boost to anything-but-innocent conversation.
