Chef Andre Guerrero is a world-renowned chef who has overseen such famous kitchens as Linq on 3rd street, Max in Sherman oaks, Senor Fred and the Oinkster. As chef-owner, Chef Guerrero is bringing his twenty plus years of gastronomy in a creative and diverse re-imagining of such food standards as pizza, BBQ ribs, roasted chicken, pulled pork and slow-braised short ribs. Chef Guerrero intends on elevating the gastro pub to a fine dining standards that have rarely been met.

Restaurateur Adolfo Suaya has consistently dominated the Los Angeles dining scene for the last twenty years first with his ubiquitous Gaucho Grill and then fine dining with the Lodge Steakhouse, Dolce, Geisha house, Goa Superclub and Bar Delux.
